From the Telegraph of 17 Feb 2026: BRAY Tora (Victoria) on 11th February 2026 peacefully at home in her 93rd year. Greatly loved by her children; Mariana, Charles and Amelia, her sister Xandra, her grandchildren; George, Tintin, Hugo, Alastair, Oliver, Floriana, Matilda, Cluny and Ottilie, and her great grandchildren; Amelie, Humphrey and Caspar. Funeral Service on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at St John the Baptist Church, Loxwood… at 2.30 p.m.

She was d of Sir Victor Basil John SEELY 4th Bt 1900-80 and his 2nd w Hon Patience KEMP 1898-1935 (d of 1st Baron ROCHDALE 1866-1945, gd of 3rd Earl of ELLESMERE 1847-1914 (gf of 6th Duke of SUTHERLAND 1915-2000) and gt gd of 2nd Marquess of NORMANBY 1819-1890 etc etc). She m 1954 (div 1975) (Francis Arthur) Michael DSC 1921-2004 s of Francis Evelyn BRAY 1880-1973 of Woodham Grange, Horsell, Surrey by his 23 June 1909 m (Holy Trinity, Kensington) to Magdalen 1885-1955 d of Frederick George GIRARDOT 1844-1910 scion of that gentry family of Car-Colston Hall by his 22 Jan 1880 m (Caythorpe, Lincs) to Alice Elisabeth CROFTS 1847-1930, and had a son and two daus as above.
