The marriage took place at St Paul's, Filleigh, North Devon, 16
October, 2004, between Major James Anthony L'Etang Duckworth-Chad,
Coldstream Guards, (b. 1972) former Equerry to Queen Elizabeth II,
elder son of Anthony Duckworth-Chad, of Pynkney Hall, Norfolk, High
Sheriff of Norfolk, 1992, by his wife Elizabeth Sarah Wake-Walker (a
granddaughter of the 7th Earl Spencer), & the Lady Laura Melissa
Fortescue Gore, (b. 1975), elder daughter of the 9th Earl of Arran, of
Castle Hill, Devon, by his wife the Countess of Arran (the former
Eleanor van Cutsem).

Major James Duckworth-Chad is a second cousin of the Princes William
and Harry. His bride-to-be is a first cousin of Ed van Cutsem who
recently announced his engagement to Lady Tamara Grosvenor, daughter of
the Duke of Westminster.
