I have a rather shorter list of those in danger, namely:
Lord Alliance
Baroness Billingham
Lord Botham
Lord Bowness
Lord Christopher
Lord Flight
Lord Hameed
Lord Irvine of Lairg
Lord McKenzie of Luton
Baroness Scotland of Asthal
Lord Taverne
Lord Tebbit
As regards others in Sven's lists:
The House of Lords Reform Act 2014 applies only to peers, not bishops & archbishops, and in any case the Bishops of Chichester, Guildford, Hereford, Leicester, Lichfield and Winchester took the oath on 9 July and the Archbishop of York on 10 July.
The following took the oath on the dates noted:
Lord Browne of Madingley on 9 July
Baroness Campbell of Loughborough on 3 September
Lord Darroch of Kew on 10 July
Lord Darzi of Denham on 19 July
Lord King of Lothbury on 10 July
Lord O’Neill of Gatley on 9 July
Lord Oakeshott of Seagrove Bay on 9 July
Lord Bird on 10 July
Lord Blair of Boughton on 25 July
Lord Boswell of Aynho on 18 November
Lord Carey of Clifton on 9 July
Baroness Eccles of Moulton on 29 July
Lord Gardiner of Kimble on 9 July
Baroness Greenfield on 9 July
Lord Greenhalgh on 10 July
Baroness Hallett on 22 October
Lord Haughey on 9 July
Lord Heseltine on 10 July
Baroness Howarth of Breckland on 10 July
Baroness Lane-Fox of Soho on 10 July
Lord Lebedev on 22 July
Baroness McGregor-Smith on 10 July
The Duke of Norfolk on 9 July
Lord Parker of Minsmere on 10 July
Lord Pearson of Rannoch on 9 July
Lord Smith of Kelvin on 9 July
Baroness Stern on 22 July
Baroness Valentine on 4 September.
As this is the first session of a new Parliament it is easy to see who is at risk as members have to be sworn in and this is recorded in the Minutes of Proceedings.

Thank you for your work in creating these lists, Sven and David.

Just a couple of points to note on your list, David: Lord McKenzie of Luton died on 2 December 2021, and Lord Tebbit retired from the Lords on 31 March 2022.

Exclusions happen at the beginning of the following session, and the current session will last at least until September. Therefore, Lord Christopher (born 25 April 1925) will turn 100 years before he is possibly excluded.

Just to record here Sven's post announcing the death of Lord Flight on 24 January 2026:

If I am not mistaken, this means that there are now four members of the Lords (excluding those on leave of absence, disqualified, or suspended) who have yet to take the oath during the 2024-26 session of Parliament:

Baroness Billingham
Lord Bowness
Lord Christopher
Lord Irvine of Lairg

Hopefully they will be all removed this year and the new requirements will be much more than the one day in a session.
