From the Telegraph of 1 Dec 2020: CLAY Richard Henry, Baronet. Dearest husband of Alison and much loved father of Virginia, Charles, Thomas and Catherine and loving Grandpa. Died aged 80 on 28th November 2020. Donations to Weston Hospicecare.

He was s of Sir Henry Felix CLAY 6th Bt (1909-85) and Phyllis Mary (1907-97) d of Richard Horace PARAMORE (1876-1965) of Rugby, Warwicks by his 1904 m (reg Q2 London) to Lilian Mabel GODSON (1875-1966). He m 1963 Alison Mary (b c1941) d of Dr James Gordon FIFE (1913-98) by his 1938 m (reg Q3 Cheshire) to Joyce BARNSHAW (1914-97), and had three sons and two daus. His eldest son succeeds him: (Note: the death notice does not mention his 3rd & yst son James Felix (b 1969) m with a son)

[Sir] CHARLES RICHARD Clay [8th Bt] (b 18 Dec 1965), has yet to establish his claim and appear on The Roll of the Baronetage. He m 2000 Janette Maria d of Steven CAROTHERS of Kentucky, USA and had a son and a dau:
