The late Mr David Douglas Wolseley Brinton was the elder son of Robert WOLSELEY BRINTON (8 X 1908 - 8 III 1958) and his wife (married 15 XII 1934), Phyllis Maud GRANT (22 III 1910 - 16 XII 1985). Robert Wolseley Brinton was himself the son of Dr Arthur Greene BRINTON (24 VII 1875 - 5 VII 1945) and his wife (married 12 VI 1902), Marion Josephine WOLSELEY (1870 - ?), a 3 x greats-granddaughter of Sir Richard WOLSELEY, 1st Bt , of Mount Wolseley (1696 - 8 IV 1769).
