From the Telegraph of 4 February 2017: RADCLYFFE  LVO Captain Charles Raymond. Died peacefully on 1st February 2017 aged 97, at the John Radcliffe Hospital, after a short illness. Much loved widower of Dusé, father and grandfather. The Funeral Service will take place at 2 p.m. on Tuesday 21st February at St Mary’s Church, Bampton, Oxon. Family flowers only please. All enquiries to E. Taylor & Son Funeral Directors.

He was s of Raymond Augustus Edward RADCLYFFE (1878-1942) of Lew, Oxfordshire and Grace Macarthy FORSYTH (1889-1976). He m 1948 (as her 2nd h) Helen Viola Egerton (1917-2010) d of Maj Gilbert Francis EGERTON-COTTON (1880-1971), scion of the COMBERMERE viscounts, and Nora WILLIAMS (1885-1956). She had m 1st 1940 Capt Sir John Hargreaves Pigott-Brown 2nd Bt who was ka 1942, and was mother of the present, 3rd Bt, Sir William Pigott-Brown (b 1941).
