He was s of J GWYN PALMER of Treboeth, W Glamorgan. He m 1991 Juliet Ann Favell b 1961 d of Peter Humphrey Alexander VAN OSS 1936-2020* and as her 1 h Susan Antonia b 5 May 1937 (Mrs Susan Vicary) d of Anthony Gardner BAZLEY 1911-(23 May)1937 (gs of Sir Thomas Sebastian BAZLEY 2 Bt 1829-1919) and Anne 1913-2008 d of John Beaumont HOTHAM 1874-1924 (3xgt gs of Sir Beaumont HOTHAM 7 Bt 1706-71) and Gladys Mary c1881-1972 d of Col John Gerald WILSON CB 1841-ka1902 and Angelina Rose Geraldine O’BRIEN 1852-1941 (gd of Sir Edward O’BRIEN 4 Bt 1773-1837 f of 13 Baron INCHIQUIN 1800-72), and had two daus as above.
