According to Tatler online, Lady Tatiana MOUNTBATTEN (b. 1990) and her husband, Alexander DRU, are expecting their second child.

Lady Tatiana is the only daughter of the 4th Marquess of Milford Haven. She and her husband married in 2022, and are parents to a daughter, Elodie (b. 2023)
