Alfred Wellesley (Grandson of the Duke of Wellington)

Hon Guy Tyron (son of Baron Tyron)

William Keswick (grandson of Queen Camilla's Companion of Hon)

Arthur Elliot (Queen Camilla's great-nephew)

Alfred Wellesley is styled Viscount Wellesley as the 9th Duke's grandson.He would normally be styled Earl of Mornington, but his father continues to use that title rather than being Marquess of Douro.Edward Sackville is in direct line to become Earl de la Warr after his father(Lord Buckhurst) and grandfather die.

It's actually Alfred's older brother, Arthur, who is styled Viscount Wellesley.

I find it interesting that the Hon. Alfred's older brother Arthur is 2nd heir to the Duke of Wellington in all of his British, Portuguese, and Dutch/Belgian titles, but not to the Spanish dukedom of Ciudad Rodrigo. He is a younger twin of Lady Mae, who will have the right of succession to that title when her generation's turn comes. The Spanish changed the laws of succession. Of course, she may decline, when her time comes, if she decides that the title should remain part of the Wellington package. Or not.
