From the Telegraph of 25 March 2026: HARMSWORTH Sir Hildebrand (Harold) 3rd Bt, sadly passed away on 6th March, aged 94 years. Well known journalist at the Gloucester Echo. Writer of antique and garden articles for nationwide newspapers. Garden landscaper of properties including a 3 acre property in the south of France. Great nephew of 1st Viscounts Northcliffe and Rothermere. Devoted husband of the late Lady Gillian, loving father of Claire, Kirsten and Miles, grandfather and great grandfather. Greatly missed by family and friends, he is forever in our hearts. He was s of Sir Hildebrand Alfred Beresford HARMSWORTH 2 Bt 1901-77 and Elen BILLENSTEIN 1904-2005 of Denmark. He m 1960 Gillian Andrea 1939-2005 d of William John LEWIS 1909-72 of Tetbury, Glos by his 29 May 1933 m (St Mary, Tetbury) to Irene Jane PETERS 1904-83, and had a son and two daus. His son succeeds him:
