From the Telegraph of 7 Jan 2026: WAGNER Gillian Mary Millicent DBE died on 31st December 2025. Beloved wife of the late Anthony , mother of Lucy, Roger, and Mark, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Funeral at 11 a.m. on 23rd January at St Peter and St Paul's Church, Aldeburgh. A memorial service will be held in London on a date to be announced.

She was d of Maj Henry Archibald Roger GRAHAM 1892-1970 sometime head of that gentry family of The Old Mill House and Hon Margaret Beatrix LOPES 1898-1984 d of 1 Baron ROBOROUGH 1859-1938 and Lady Alberta Louise Florence EDGCUMBE 1861-1941 d of 4 Earl of MOUNT EDGCUMBE 1833-1917 by his w a dau of 1 Duke of ABERCORN 1811-85, etc. She m 1953 Sir Anthony Richard KCB KCVO 1908-95 sometime Garter King of Arms s of Orlando Henry WAGNER 1867-1956 (who he succ as) head of that gentry family and Monica 1878-1971 d of Rev George Edward BELL c1834-1924 of Henley-in-Arden, Warks by his 1865 m reg Q3 Bucks to Mary Sophia WARREN 1843-1917, and had two sons and a dau as above.

At her death she was the oldest dame of a British Order of Knighthood.  The oldest dame of a British Order of Knighthood is now Baroness Seccombe DBE b 3 May 1930 appointed DBE in the Birthday Honours 1984
