Trying to service my Harken 2 speed 70 winch

We are trying to service our winches and can't get the stripper arm off.  There are no manuals or videos that we can find that have our specific winch.  We are on a 2010 47CC Passport.  Anyone with any helpful information would be greatly appreciated.

Harken customer support can be a little slow, but they will come across with the schematics, etc
