"Flower Power" ART in the GARDEN - Martin Viette Nurseries

East Norwich – New York – As we approach summer this fundraiser is
knocking on summer’s door – Martin Viette Nurseries brings flowers to
the forefront with a “Flower Power” themed fundraiser to benefit the
Conservation District of Nassau, raising funds to build eco-friendly
community gardens and educate the public with ART in the GARDEN on
June 14, 2013 between 5 - 8PM at Martin Viette Nurseries Inc 6050
Northern Boulevard, East Norwich, NY 11732.

Working with experts in horticulture to build community gardens that
are also eco-friendly and will enhance the quality of life for the
residents of Nassau County, environmental awareness is the goal of the
benefit.

20 artists - trowels, shovels & chairs touched by an artist's hand,
embellished & transformed into works of art - PLUS paintings to be
purchased. "Paumanok Interwoven" a compilation of poetry & photography
- BOOKS - Please come & join in on the fun to bring awareness to the
importance of our environment.
