Job Description


Computer science degree or Engineering degree
Required experience: US IT Recruiting, recruiter, hiring, sourcing, Internet researching : 3 to 5

years
Ability to interact with our onsite recruiting managers and qualify job order
Ability to search / identify right candidates for appropriate positions based on the resource

technical skills sets.
Excellent communication ( reading and writing )
Hands on sourcing tools experience with good search techniques experience.
Strong experience interviewing the candidates thoroughly on their technical skills.
US staffing – where they understand US Hiring process Full lifecycle.
Experience working with Internet based job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc
Good research skills using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
Good understanding on different visa statuses including H1B, OPT, EAD, L1&L2, GC, TN, etc
ATS experience
Good resume writing skills - highlighting the resume summaries, formatting the resumes,

scheduling interviews, coach candidates, place them etc.
Experience in VMS environment is a must
Willing to work in 9AM – 5PM PST shift , someone flexible to work overtime and on weekends.
Knowledge of open source recruiting tools
Good understanding on the various IT technologies in Recruitment Industry and broad
understanding on how the market works, etc.
Hardworking, good attitude and eager to learn new things, and must be a good team player, etc.
Should be willing to work in California PST timings
MUST Have Excellent communication skills ( oral & writing ) ( 9/10 )
Must have past experience hiring / placing people with following technology background:
Candidates are requested to provide 2 references.
o Java Backend
o Frontend UI developer
o Full stack Developers
o UI / UX Developers
o System Administrators
o Technical Writers
o DevOps
o QA Testers White Box , Black Box , Gray Box, Mobile testers etc
