Why don't men wear Abaya or Burqa, or do they have some other hijab?

First and foremost thing to know is that Islam is the Only Religion which strictly prescribes Hijab for Men! It is punishable offense for men to even look at a woman! Yes! Even gazing is a sin! It must be sounding 'alientic', isn't it? And why would it not?! We live in such a Democratic Country where even rapists roam freely and I'm talking about punishment only at gazing! Strange yet true! But in this democratic era, we still have countries those who follow the laws laid by the Creator where they give womenfolk the highest position, full-respect and treatment the way it should be given!
