to Peace to all who suffer
Everyone I know, myself included, stood silently for a while on the
11th, two days ago, remembering the terrible events that occurred on
that day ten years ago, when over two thousand innocent people lost
their lives, when planes were deliberately crashed into the Twin
Towers.
I was among them, remembering the grief that their loved ones went
through, and praying that they may adjust, somehow, to the lives they
have now, without their loved ones, or finding new love to comfort
them. You never forget, but you can move on.
I also remembered that the same tragedy happened to hundreds of
thousands of innocent people who have lost their beloved husbands or
wives, their children or their parents, to the invasion of their
countries by the Americans who are trying to rob them of their oil
resources and extend their financial empire, destroying their victims'
culture in the process.
In war, no-one wins. Both sides lose. There is no profit in gaining
financial advantage if you have to destroy innocent lives to get it.
