Dear colleagues

I am pleased to say that I submitted the revised manuscript yesterday, on June 30th.

While I had been aiming for June 15th, it took longer than I had anticipated to address the production team’s 94 actionable items and complete any associated revisions.

The estimated word count is ~170,000, with 170 figures.

On a sad note, I should mention that Peter Hodder, the contributing author for chapters 15 and 16, passed away in October 2025.
