How do i burn these ps2 files ?

to PS2.
Downloaded superbike 07 for the ps2 and i have 7or so individual
files . How do i burn them , they have no file extension as such ,
they are all called : pal-sbk 01 , pal sbk02 , pal sbk03 etc
I have joined them together to make a file of about 520meg , but what
do i do with this ? its not a .bin file or anything im familiar with .
Please help the kids wanna ride !!!!!!
