PlayStation 2, the very best in home entertainment, is now available at
all Burger King restaurants. With effect from this week, all Burger
King customers can enjoy a nice meal while testing their skills on the
new PlayStation 2 consoles that have just been introduced into each
restaurant.
The initiative has been long planned, in line with the new décor and
alternative services that Burger King wants to offer to its clientele.
"We are excited to have concluded a strong partnership deal with Sony
PlayStation, through local agents Forestals Ltd and SVS Leisure Ltd, to
install and run the PlayStation 2 consoles for Burger King in Malta,"
said Stefania Conte, general manager of Food Chain (Holdings) Ltd,
operators of the Burger King franchise in Malta.
In the near future, Burger King customers will be able to try their
PlayStation 2 skills for free when purchasing a particular meal or
deal. "Burger King is always on the look-out for innovative ways of
attracting customers to our outlets. We want to offer more than just
great food and friendly service," added Burger King marketing
executive Marco Debono. The PlayStation 2 games will be changed on a
regular basis, while the consoles will always offer the latest games
possible on the market.
Burger King restaurants are situated in Sliema, Valletta and Paceville.
Burger King is operated in Malta by Food Chain (Holdings) Ltd, a
fully-owned subsidiary company of Simonds Farsons Cisk plc.
