For your information, I have sent the below email to all TMs under Division F. Some of them failed to receive the email due to technical problems.

Dear TMs Division F ( All Clubs),

The Public Relation and Marketing Committee is working day and night to gather more sponsors to reach our targeted budget which is compulsory needed for the Toast Masters Annual Conference at the Le Meridien, Al-Khobar (30th April). The commitment is really not easy! All of us wish a very successful conference.It is our giant umbrella requiring a very strong grip by your hands. To share part of this task and therefore the pride  of having  successive conference, I urge you to the below:

• If any one has a good link with any company , establishment, contractor..... which can sponsor the conference, he can give us the name and contact numbers so that we reach the sponsor through you. It has been approved that this is the fastest and promising method. 

I have sent this e-mail to you because I am confident that you can help our committee to approach more sponsors. If you can provide only one sponsor it will be great! Time is passing quickly so please do little effort.
