Changing Attitudes Reaching Effectiveness




Dear TM Division F Club Presidents,

The Public Relation and Marketing Committee is working day and night to gather more sponsors to reach our targeted budget which is compulsory needed for the Toast Masters annual conference at the Le Meridien, Al-Khobar (30th April). The commitment is really not easy! All of us wish a very successful conference.It is our giant umbrella requiring a very strong grip by your hands.

  • What we need as a Public Relation and Marketing Committee is more members. Please suggest TMS who are enthusiastic and energetic to join the committee. I will call you to coordinate further.

  • If any one has a good link with any company or establishment which can sponsor, he can give us the name and contact numbers. kindly, pass this to all your club members and follow up with them in your weekly meetings.

I have sent this e-mail to you as a club president because I am confident that you can help our committee to approach more sponsors. Time is passing quickly so please do little effort so that pride will be shared by you also.
