Word on the street is that Haystack Ranch has been (or is being) sold
and will be sub-divided for large scale development. Does anyone have
any information on this?

Jason,
I think this is in process. I have heard that the potential developer
has made a proposal to the PP Water & San District that would result in
the development taking out more water than it brings into the W&S
District. If you're interested in this issue, by all means attend the
W&S District meetings.
