Subject: [222Activity] The 432 MHz Fall Sprint starts on Wednesday at 7 PM - Don't Miss It !!

Important Reminder!

The 432 MHz Fall Sprint starts on Wednesday October 7th at 7 PM local time (23:00 UTC) Get on the band  and have some fun!

The sprints will continue into  October with the following bands / dates:

432 MHz    Wednesday October 7th from 7 PM EDT to 11 PM PDT

902 & up    Saturday October 17th from 8 AM EDT to 2 PM PDT

More information and the complete rules are posted at:

https://packratvhf.com/index.php/fall-sprints

Please note the following change from last year's running of the Fall VHF Sprints:

The scoring in the 50, 144, 222, and 432 MHz sprints allows 2 points for analog contacts and 1 point for digital contacts. Duplicate contacts = 0 points. If you log a station on digital and then later find that station on analog, you should work that station again and record the earlier contact as a dupe. Do not delete the earlier contact as that may result in a NIL (Not in Log) scoring error.

We hope all of you enjoy the activity and have fun in the Sprints.

The Pack Rats Fall Sprint Committee.
