VHF/UHF FT-8 Activity contest

Contest days: from January to December
Every first Wednesday of each month for the 2m band (FT8:144.174 MHz ; FT4:144.170 MHz )
Every second Wednesday of each month for the 70cm band (FT8: 432.174 MHz; FT4 432.170 MHz)
Every third Wednesday of each month for the 23 cm band (according to each mode)
Looking at the scores submitted participants are mostly Euro stations. FT8, FT4 on 144, 432, 1296, pus any digital mode on 1296. They recently raised the 432 low power limit to 75W. I guessed that it was due to the number of IC-9700 users out there. Maybe half of the logs are on IC-9700. Kind of like how the VHF rules changed over time relfecting the bands in the IC-706 and similar radios of the time that covered 50, 144 and 432.

Another interesting data point is one of the highest scores in the low power category, also close in score to many high power entrants, is a station in UK on a Big Wheel and 50W (as reported). Maybe they are on a big hill.
