I found an old box in the garage and in it were a couple of home brew 10ghz transceivers that I made back in the 90's. They were the control link for my rotatable Beverage. Yes, rotatable. Long story for another time.

I fired them up and after 25 years in a moving box they still worked. So I decided to make a contact for the contest. My wife went across the street for some real DX on 10.369ghz.

My question is this: does on-off keying of the transmitter without a tone count as CW? I think it does but want to be reasonably sure.
