WTB: 47 GHz PA & 11 GHz synth for PNW beacon

G'day folks,

I am building a 47 GHz beacon which I'm hoping can be installed alongside the 10 GHz and (upcoming) 24 GHz beacons in Surrey BC, or elsewhere in the PNW as appropriate.

I have many of the parts, but still need an LO source, which would ideally be a reference-lockable synth or PLL DRO at or near 11.772 GHz. If anyone is looking to sell such a device (e.g. Elcom DFS-1201), please let me know.

I'm also looking for a 47 GHz PA, with at least 200mW output.
