Are any local microwave folks planning on attending or meeting up tomorrow at the swap meet?

Also, is it typical to see useful microwave stuff for sale there?

I plan on attending. I will bring some the USB decoder PC boards with me in case anyone want one. Now that, in addition to the IC-905, it supports the IC-705, and IC-9700, a few more people may be interested. I will also have a 3 Elecraft transverters and 2 2M 80W amps with me.

In the few times I attended in years past I have seen very limited microwave stuff, one can get lucky once in any year though, never know.

I've seen a little bit of waveguide stuff and some coaxial switches multiple years.
I'll be on the 2nd floor, 2M1. No microwave stuff although I have two of what might be image reject filters for a 1296 transverter i built with the folks in SDMG back in the early 2000s.

Hi guys.
Dino, VE7NX and Scott, VA7SC are planning to attend.

We hope to meet up or possibly have lunch with a few microwave guys.

Dino is looking for a 2 foot or so prime focus dish.

See you there.

Good morning all,

I will be there probably with Fred.
Our table is downstairs(table 1A14).

Based on data from several past Puyallup hamfests, not very much if any microwave gear, some VHF/UHF gear - rigs, amps etc.

I was originally going to bring an older VNA (8410A (18 GHz) and associated equipment signal generators w interface cards, various plugins displays documents extension arms for PCB testing etc. It is heavy to move so will just bring a picture instead.

Also to heavy for me to bring unless there is interest.
All 19" short rack (~ waist high) mounted:
6 meter pair of 4CX250 based RF deck
2 meter pair of 4CX250 based RF deck
Metering setup(Bird line sections - no elements) for above & 432 (no 432 RF deck available)
2KW High Voltage supply for above
(Will not sell/separate the HV power supply unless both the RF decks are sold).

Bringing:
TAPR VNA R3
Heathkit GDO
HF mobile amp - 75 - 100 watts
3 large diodes
2 - RF small amps - 2 meters

CU in Puyallup

Nick
