Job Title: Human Factors Engineer

Project Description: To evaluate the usability of both SAP and Agile

PLM software against the scripted use cases and provide scorecard

results.

Daily Responsibilities: Two weeks of participating in vendor

conference room pilot testing, one week preparation before the actual

pilots, and one week to consolidate and provide status of the

evaluation and report out to the core team.

Expertise Level: Senior level

Necessary Skills: Experienced in performing usability tests and

evaluating test results against scripted use cases. Can work on

his/her own, requiring minimal supervision. Know the methodology of

usability testing.

Additional Skills Desired: Good presentation skills and knows how to

interact with business clients and vendors
