JOB: User Experience Architect/Designer

applications, doing user centric work on mobile one week, Siebel the
next and another doing AJAX apps?
My team has two contracts open. One for a Senior and the other is for a
Mid-level User Experience Designer.
As we are looking for experienced folks so I really don't think we need
to pollute inboxes with another version of a job description. But, this
is the gist, it is a generalist position with emphasis on being a
strategic thinker, self-motivated and not scared to tell folks the most
appropriate way to achieve user success. My UX team includes a library
scientist, usability specialists, interaction designer, user interface
designer and several user experience designers.
The team is based out of San Jose but half of it is out of state, while
proximity would be nice, it is not required.
The position is 40 hrs a week with the contract handled on a quarterly
basis (though it is a longer term commitment than a quarter).
Min 5 years experience and I would prefer someone with agency/
consulting experience who can jump in and run.
