For the Network Engineering aspect, we will be supporting in various areas such as network hardware certification, hardware deployment, configuration, architecture testing, and validation scenarios for network devices. This also includes discovery, inventory, documentation, and physical site walks of MS buildings in scope to thoroughly identify locations, quantities, and connection.

The following core technical qualifications are required:
Need solid EXP in Troubleshooting
Need solid EXP routing and switching 
Solid understanding of enterprise network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and basic network security concepts.
Hands-on experience configuring Layer 2 and Layer 3 network devices (e.g., switches, routers) from major vendors (Cisco, Arista, HPE, etc.).
Proficiency with network OS CLI (e.g., IOS, EOS) for configuration, validation, and troubleshooting.
Experience executing and validating network change implementations in lab and production environments.
Experience operating in ITIL-based change management or structured deployment processes.
Ability to coordinate with other infrastructure technicians, customer/partner IT team members, cabling vendors, and project managers.
Strong written communication skills for documenting findings, test results, and recommendations.
Additionally, general knowledge of structured cabling terms and standards, experience working with data center components, and familiarity with cabling inventory management will be advantageous.


Preferred qualifications include industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, and structured cabling or data center certifications. Basic experience with network automation or scripting, handling data sets in Excel, and familiarity with configuration management and monitoring tools would also be beneficial.
