10+ years of experience in P&C insurance technology landscape
Strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter with at least 2 end-to-end implementations
Prior experience as Technical Lead, SME, or Architect on Guidewire projects
Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration and Integration (GOSU, Web Services, Plugins)
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
