  •  Genesys Exp must  
  • Strong Salesforce CRM development experience (APEX, LWC, Visualforce).
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud for Salesforce (GCFS) or CTI adapters.
  • Proficiency in APIs (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) and integration tools.
  • Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, SSO) and Agile methodology.
  • Genesys or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
