Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a healthcare client engagement focused on Salesforce Health Cloud. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions, conduct strategic assessments, and drive system enhancements aligned with healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure Salesforce Health Cloud solutions align with organizational goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Perform gap analysis between current and future states to identify process improvements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirement-gathering workshops.
- Advise clients on Salesforce best practices, especially within healthcare and health plan domains.
- Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including testing and user adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on end-to-end implementations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities, data model, and use cases (member eligibility/enrollment, premium billing, care management, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
