Hello Fellow Dancers,

Drexel Salsa will have its Fall Salsa Social this Friday, Nov. 22 (Event #3 below).  On Saturday, Nov. 23, Philly Fish Fry will be hosting a swing dance with live band at the Penn Campus. See Event #5.

1.  Wednesday, Nov. 20

What:  West Coast Swing Dance hosted by UCSwing

Where:  St. Mary's Church Parish Hall, 3916 Locust Walk, Penn Campus

Time:  Lesson from 8:30 PM to 9:15 PM; social dancing from 9:15 PM to 11 PM

Admission:  $5 with a student ID; $7 for everyone else; FREE for first timers

2.  Thursday, Nov.  21

What:  Bachata Thursdays (21+)

Where:  Lucha Cartel, 207 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106

Time:  10 PM to 2 AM

Admission:  $10

3.  Friday, Nov. 22

What:  Salsa Social hosted by Drexel Salsa

Where:  3141 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19104

Time:  9 PM to 1:30 AM

Admission:  $5 with a student ID; $7 for everyone else.

4.  Friday, Nov. 22

What:  Ballroom Dance Party

Where:  West Philly Ballroom & Latin Dance, 4520 Baltimore Ave., Phila.

Time:  7:45 PM to 9:45 AM (Mini-lessons plus social dancing)

Admission:  $12.  No partner or experience necessary.

If you have a PennCard, you can take Penn Transit (215-898-RIDE/7433).  You could also take SEPTA's 34 trolley.

5.  Saturday, Nov. 23

What:  Swing Dance hosted by Philly Fish Fry

Where:  Houston Hall's Bodek Lounge, 3417 Spruce St., Penn Campus

Time:  8 PM to midnight
