Hello Fellow Dancers,

Which of these dances should you go to? I suggest you go to one that you think will make you happy. Most people have to check out more than one of these events to find the one for them.

1. Wednesday, Aug. 21

What: West Coast Swing Dance hosted by UCSwing

Where: St. Mary's Church Parish Hall, 3916 Locust Walk, Penn Campus

Time: Lesson from 8:30 PM to 9:15 PM; social dancing from 9:15 PM to 11 PM

Admission: $5 with a student ID; $7 for everyone else; FREE for first timers

2. Thursday, Aug. 22

What: Latin Night at the Lodge (All White Party)

Where: BlueCross River Rink, 101 S. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19106

Time: 9 PM to 1 AM

Admission: $5 in advance; $8 at the door

3. Friday, Aug. 23

What: Ballroom Dance Mixer

Where: West Philly Ballroom & Latin Dance, 4520 Baltimore Ave., Phila.

Time: 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM (Mini-lessons plus social dancing)

Admission: $12

If you have a PennCard, the best way to get there may be via Penn Transit (215-898-RIDE/7433). You could also take SEPTA's 34 trolley.

4. Saturday, Aug. 24

What: Salsa & Bachata (21+)

Where: Moshulu, 401 S. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA 19106

Time: 10 PM to 2 AM

Admission: $15

5. Sunday, Aug. 25

What: Bachata & Salsa at The Rocky Steps

Where: 2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130
Time: 6 PM to 8 PM

Admission: FREE
