Hello Fellow Dancers,

Bachata and Zouk classes with Penn Social Dance continue this Thursday, October 31.  See here for further details.  Salsa classes with Drexel Salsa are on Tuesdays.

1.  Wednesday, Oct. 30

What:  West Coast Swing Dance hosted by UCSwing

Where:  St. Mary's Church Parish Hall, 3916 Locust Walk, Penn Campus

Time:  Lesson from 8:30 PM to 9:15 PM; social dancing from 9:15 PM to 11 PM

Admission:  $5 with a student ID; $7 for everyone else; FREE for first timers

2.  Thursday, Oct. 31

What:  Bachata Thursdays (21+)

Where:  Lucha Cartel, 207 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106

Time:  10 PM to 2 AM

Admission:  $10

3.  Thursday, Oct. 31

What:  Salsa & Bachata Social

Where:  Lucky Strike, 1336 Chestnut St., Philadelphia, PA 19106

Time:  9 PM to 2 AM

Admission:  $10

4.  Friday, Nov. 1

What:  Salsa Party

Where:  West Philly Ballroom & Latin Dance, 4520 Baltimore Ave., Phila.

Time:  8:30 PM to 12:30 AM (Mini-lessons plus social dancing)

Admission:  $12.  No partner or experience necessary.

If you have a PennCard, you can take Penn Transit (215-898-RIDE/7433).  You could also take SEPTA's 34 trolley.

5.  Friday, Nov. 1

What:  Bachata Social hosted by Drexel Sensual Bachata Club

Where:  3141 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

Time:  6 PM to 8 PM

6.  Sunday, Nov. 3

What:  Bachata & Salsa at The Rocky Steps

Where:  2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, PA 19130
Time:  4 PM to 6 PM

Admission:  FREE
