Hello William,

Thank you for your work on the PIVlab development. I would like to understand how I can visualize the TKE in PIVlab. After estimating TKE and appending it to my dataset, I'm having difficulty visualizing the data using the "Spatial: Derive Parameter" option.

Specifically, I notice there isn't a parameter available to visualize TKE directly. When I select other parameters from the provided options, I receive a differently colored pattern, and the legend title and limits reflect the unit and limits of the chosen parameter, respectively, instead of displaying it in m²/s² and the TKE limits, which can be confusing.

Could you please provide guidance on effectively visualizing TKE data in PIVlab?

Thank you!

Hi, this is not implemented properly yet, sorry... When TKE is calculated, you need to visualize the magnitude (for te "total TKE", or u component or v component for the horizontal or vertical components). The units are not yet displayed correctly.
