Dear Philippine Youth Climate Movement Team! 


Please find in attachment our proposed program of Luntiang Pilipinas & Philippine Youth Climate Movement's: '1-Million Tree Youth Challenge' launching on World Forest Day, Sunday, March 21, 2010. Please keep in mind that the program attached is still tentative to changes and we are awaiting confirmation for venue, La Mesa Ecopark is tentative.  We would be glad if you could assist us in identifying and inviting 'influential' people to the event. This will include identifying key people from list below to unite with the youth challenge of commiting to planting 1 million trees across the nation. 


A. Participants at the event

  2. Local Government Units
  3. Heads of Youth & Environmental networks
  4. Organizations (i.e. Greenpeace, WWF, etc.)
  5. Private sectors (Ayala Foundation, etc.)
  6. Musicians (UP Madrigal Singers etc.)
  7. Artists (Miriam Quiambao, Dieter Ocampo, etc.)
  8. Heads of schools, universities and colleges in Manila (UP Manila, Ateneo University, La Salle University)
