Planning Conference Call for PDA visit on Jan.30

On last weeks call, it was decided to have a weekly call on every Monday until everything is set for the Statewide Conference to be held on January 30, 2010.

Call is open to all members of PDA in New Jersey .

Rules for call:

• Upon entering the call, please state your name and county . 
•  When not speaking please press *6 to mute your phone. 
•  After I read each item or give brief description of the agenda, I will call upon people by county to give their thoughts/suggestions, etc.
• Please do not speak out of turn, show respect for all that are on the call. 
•  If there is something you would like for me to add to the agenda, please email a brief summary to me at

I want to thank those who stepped up last week to volunteer to help out with the many tasks involving that day.

Some decisions were made last week to charge more at the door, and push for people to make reservations in advance. I have revised the website:

There is no admission at the door for the dinner, all dinner reservations must be made in advance.
We are searching for other organizations who support our PDA issues to table at the events that day and  I have also made up letters and applications for people to send to other groups.  click here.
