Check out the event details here: https://www.facebook.com/events/446648322024344/     ****************************   Now that we have Rocky on the ballot in New Jersey, we still need to raise money to get Rocky on the ballot in other states.   In order to do that, we need to conduct an aggressive grassroots campaign. For this campaign to be successful, it will require a strong grassroots organization.   Volunteers have been working hard, along with the road team, to get the necessary signatures for petitions, and so far they have been very successful. But along with petitions some states charge hefty submission fees. In order to continue our successes, it is necessary to raise more funds to make this possible.   Basically the states we have left also require many more signatures, so we need to increase our fundraising efforts.   Please forward this email to all your family, friends, and co-workers that believe voting for the Presidential candidates of the two major parties is a vote for the corporations and the wealthy 1%. They are bought and paid for and no longer represent the 99%.   Stress to everyone you talk to that there is not another Presidential candidate who has been actively involved on so many of the important issues.   ·        Since 2003,even while being Mayor of Salt Lake City, he strongly protested the Iraq War, advocated relentlessly for impeachment, called for stopping Torture, worked to end poverty , to improve education and make it available for all, tirelessly worked for reducing greenhouse gases and stopping global warming, calling for a stop of Human Rights abuses by providing universal healthcare and immigration reform.   ·        He has been an Anti-War, Peace and Justice Organizer/Supporter all these years and has never stepped back from the fight. WHERE WERE THE OTHERS ? Most of all he needs all the Anti-War, Peace and Justice activists, whom he had backed and was in the streets with, to step forward now and support him.    These are just a few issues Rocky has fought for, and his achievements are many from reducing the carbon imprint in Salt Lake City below required guidelines to building a Mass Transportation Service.   NO OTHER CANDIDATE HAS A RECORD OF ACCOMPLISHMENT CLOSE TO HIS.   No wonder the other Presidential Candidates are afraid of people learning about Rocky! Making it much harder to get the needed media coverage to grow a our movement. Your contributions will give a tremendous boost to accomplish many necessary functions for a successful campaign.   If we want to stop the madness of the current corrupt 2 party system, who are controlled by the corporations and the wealthy 1%, people have to come to the realization we have to stop voting for their candidates. We need to start voting for candidates who are funded by the people, the 99%.   If other countries can elect ordinary citizens, even peasants from the fields to high offices, why can’t the American people develop enough courage to do the same thing ? Stop buying into the propaganda, and say enough is enough.
