Bookmarks to RSS?

Anyone know of any tools that will scan and convert your bookmarks to RSS feeds via an OPML file?

Yep!

Seems to me there should be a tool that can lookup the bookmarked site, find
the XML feed, and add it to an OPML list. Not rocket science!
