Hi all,

Hope you are doing well. The march is less than one week away, excitement is growing, and it makes sense for us to make sure we are all on the same page.

If someone from each of your organizations/hubs/neighborhoods can hop on a call Wednesday 9/17 at 5 pm that would be great! We'll be talking day of logistics, text loops, point people, and answering any other questions.

Hi all,

Just got off a logistics call about the day off turns out on 9/21 we need to be in formation at 11:15 am!

If folks want to march in the front section (Front Lines of Crisis) under the Coastal Communities/Sandy-impacted banner then your group should plan to be on the upper west side at 9:30 am if not earlier. There are concerns the front section will fill up.

Also remember that various streets will be blocked off, hundreds of thousands of people, and so things will be very hectic.

I'll give out more logistic info on the call on Wednesday (info below), but wanted to give this piece of information as soon as possible.

If you are getting a bus, please contact Emily (cc'ed here) with pick up info with possibly earlier times.

It is going to be an amazing day, but let's do our best to be together!
