Busses Arriving Early to Bus Stops

I have been using the bus system more extensively lately. I have noticed a trend of busses being early to stops which means folks cannot rely on the schedule as being accurate. Today I arrived at Park Ave and Mellen Street to watch a bus go by 4 minutes early. That bus should have left the Pulase a 1:00 pm and been at the Expo stop at 1:07 pm. 

I can see a potential of a bus being early at the end of a route, but not at the beginning. 

I am now left to sit in 80 degree heat for 1/2 hour for the next bus. 

Not good

I am disappointed that you have not responded to my previous inquiry. 

Again today I had another bus leave without me. 

I came out of Hannaford in Portland rolling a cart of groceries to the front of the bus.  I asked the driver who was outside the bus to wait for me to put my bike on. She promptly got on the bus and drove away before I could unlock my bike tobputbit on front. 

Please follow up on this rude behavior.
