Looks like the Finance Committee will be discussing the City Manager's recommended Capital Improvement Plan budget for this coming fiscal year at the Finance Committee on Thursday this week: https://portlandme.portal.civicclerk.com/event/8516/files/agenda/19488

No documents have been uploaded yet describing what's in her recommended budget, but it will be a much smaller subset of the full wish-list that we discussed at the last PBPAC meeting.
