Hi Folks,
Every year, once a year, the city of Portland holds a meeting in each city Council District, chaired by the district Councilor, and attended by many staff members.

These are great opportunities to have your voice heard, ask questions, and bring up issues that concern you!

I think to some extent, bicycle, pedestrian and driver safety being brought up and many of last years District meetings helped sew the seeds that grew into a Vision Zero resolution, which itself is growing into a vision zero plan :).

This city has a long way to go, let's not let them forget it.

District 1's meeting is tomorrow!  I hope to see some of you there!
