A very unique bicycle rack - Little John Island, Maine

I visited Little John Island for the first time just recently, by bicycle.  You're not allowed to use bicycles on the trails over there and the conservation trust who takes care of it provides these very unique bicycle racks where you can keep your bike. Maybe you can't see it, but next to each cut-out in the wood is a large eye hook where you can attach a cable or lock. I thought it all was very clever. It's very in keeping with the "decor" of the island too.  Everything including benches, is made out of something you might find on the island.
