Busy Executive is seeking an exceptional "Executive Personal
Assistant"
Location: Houston or New York

Salary: $70,000 +

The ideal candidate is a high-energy, positive person that possesses
a "can-do" attitude. This assistant is expected to multi-task and
must be fast--yet-thorough. The assistant will be required to travel
extensively between Houston, NYC and Israel.

Must be flexible and able to work long hours and is willing to be on-
call at all times. May be required to travel on short notice and must
have a current passport. Must be polished and able to adapt to any
environment, culture and customs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Manages Executive's substantial number of daily email, including
redirection, response with impeccable language skills.

Exceptional auditory retention including the ability to take dictation
and shorthand notes on letter-writing, email response, and other
tasks.

Coordinates Executives' day-to-day activities, including meeting
preparation, notes, and follow-up on to-do's generated.

Schedules meetings and maintains calendars and contacts.

Assists with preparation of speaking proposals, documents, reports,
PowerPoint presentations, etc.

Prepares and maintains meeting minutes and action reports and follows
up where necessary.

Manages Executive's phones including conference-calling, checking and
responding to voice-mails, speed-dialing etc..

Performs miscellaneous administrative duties (i.e., mail, filing,
faxing, copying, errand-running etc.).

Makes exceptionally detailed travel arrangements, including internet
research, meeting coordination, mileage program management, meals,
thank-you cards & gifts, and dossier preparation. May be required to
travel with Executive and his family.

May be required to provide light domestic assistance for family
including a minimal amount of child care.

Other duties and projects as required.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be
able to perform each essential duty at the highest level. The
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill,
and/or ability required.

Education and/or
Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and five or more
years related experience and/or training, including supporting a
senior executive of a company with at least ten million dollars in
revenues or an 'A' list celebrity.

Language Skills

Ability to speak and write English; communicate effectively and
professionally with the Executive and external contacts; read and
comprehend instructions; write routine reports and correspondence; and
effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to the public and others employees. Must speak
articulately, quickly and clearly, and have clear handwriting.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of
measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals without
use of a calculator.

Reasoning
Ability

Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form
and deal with problems involving several

concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office 2003, including
Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel - including use of macros,
templates, formulas, hyperlinks, and cross-referencing. Knowledge of
PDA device (s) for calendar/contact/email maintenance very helpful.
Must be able to type more than sixty words per minute mistake-free
without looking at keyboard and be able to navigate amongst and within
multiple open applications with minimal mouse usage.

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent telephone skills; high level of interpersonal skills to
interact with peers and management; strong attention to detail in
composing, typing and proofing materials; excellent organizational and
time management skills; ability to handle dozens of tasks and ongoing
projects simultaneously; and ability to maintain confidentiality.
