An experienced Estate Manager is needed for Houston based executive
and family. This position required a candidate who will live at the
Estate in separate quarters. Properties include Houston, New York,
Isreal among others. The ideal candidate would be an individual or
couple with expertise in managing multiple homes. Knowledge of
property and grounds, command of basic Human Resources principles,
security plans, smart home technology are preferred.

The Estate Manager will be part of the Family-Office Team and will
have a complete understanding of his or her relationship with the
employer and appropriate protocol.

The Estate Manager must be able to identify Service Standards and set
up, train, manage and nourish the staff required to fulfill these
Service Standards for multiple residences. A solid management
background, a four-year college degree or the equivalent, Certified
Estate Management training is required. Must have excellent people
skills, negotiation skills and a minimum of five years of Household
Management experience are necessary to qualify. Superior
administrative, computer, Household Management and luxury market
expertise skills are also essential.

Duties entail hiring, training, and termination of the staff members,
interviewing and supervising all outside contractors, managing of
household accounts, orchestration of functions, stocking and care of
the wine cellar, scheduling preventative maintenance for the home and
autos, and in general , making sure that his/her employers life is as
carefree as possible.

Responsibilities also include:

- Traveling between homes
- Managing the menu for the home (working with Chefs and Cooks to
determine monthly menu)
- Managing the grounds and gardening needs of the homes
- Hiring and directing other household staff
- Managing entertainment and social calendar for family
- Scheduling activities for children in association with nanny
- Booking travel arrangements
- Maintaining household security
- Running errands
- Organizing and running large household events, parties, etc.
- Managing the household calendar
- Performing bookkeeping and/or accounting tasks
- Managing designated projects
