Ok, I got a case of Louis Bouillot Cremant de Bourgogne (in my world, Champagne) upon the recommendation of a clerk at Wine World instead of my usual Freixenet Brut for a party I am having.  Anyone know anything about this wine, good, bad, indifferent?  Of course I should have bought some and tasted it first but I am a bit time constricted.  Love to hear from anyone with experience on this.

Thanks,

Anne (Bill’s sister)

Hey, did you get the Rose or a white? Either way, Louis Bouillot seems
to have a very good reputation for non-Champagne sparkling wines. I'm
convinced that you pay a significant premium for the Champagne
designation.

I never get invited to parties like that anyway.
