System for semantic annotation and retrieving of audio

Hi,I'm new in this NG and I Hope that someone can help me.....sorry for
my english but i don't speak it very well!!!

Someone know a system (software or tool) that allow to do semantic
annotation (and possibly retrieving) of audio? I need it for a research
in my university thesis......but I don't find anythig....PLEASE HELP
ME!!!!

What kind of annotation do you need ? MPEG-7 sole your problem?

There are several  free mpeg-7 tools. I am building my own mpeg-7 tool now.  I am trying to storage the annotations in a distribute environment (something like emule). To storage MPEG-7 datas I will use Distributed Hash Table, thus we will not need a central database
